Summary

Godaddy is most known for domains, but they also have a hosting division. They’ve been improving over the years, but their Shared hosting has known compatibility issues with WordPress and other platforms. If you’re using them for domains, then it can make sense to also use them for hosting.

Pros: They have cPanel or Plesk, offer root access for some plans, offer a FREE domain for some plans, and have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Cons: They have known compatibility issues with WordPress and other platforms, but hopefully they'll address them by the time I write this.

Godaddy Web Hosting

This is a great web host for when you’re getting started.

A VPS hosting account is the next step up from the Cheap (shared) hosting.

A dedicated server means your site or sites are getting good traffic and earning you enough that you want the best performance possible.

A WordPress hosting account is dedicated to making your WordPress site perform at its best.

An SSL certificate is required for selling online, but can also help your search engine rankings.  They have some of the best prices available.
